The top 5% of USthe household pays about 50% of total income tax. Bottom 50% pays 3%. Taxation without proper representation was the cause of the US revolution. There is no protection in the US Constitution for misusing tax money.
What if at the tax return time, we are allowed to distribute a small percent of our tax among programs of our choosing?
