Last night I started to take my Dance Aerobic class. It s a combination of dance and exercise. When I got to the room, I found that I was the only male in the class and it seemed I was the youngest one. That made me a little bit uncomfortable at the beginning. Furtunately the instructor was a very nice and friendly lady. She s also an experienced physical therapist and personal trainer. After an short introduction, she started to teach some basic steps of Waltz, Rumba and Cha Cha. It was very difficult for me to pick up the steps, so my legs felt very tired in the middle of the class. When I asked her if I needed to practice at home, she told me to do it if I could remember the steps. I could remembered most of them when I asked. But now I can only remember one or two. Haha~~
