2011台北葡萄酒展 《前一篇 回他的日記本 後一篇》 Ave Maria

篇名: 90pts試飲期葡萄酒大亂鬥

星期天的品酒會,最後下的標題「90pts試飲期葡萄酒大亂鬥~​~(看來也可稱做酒鬼混搭螞蟻的組合)」,五個人喝五支,花了5​個小時邊吃邊聊,每支都是個性迥異,卻又一整個滿足,下次要開這​種酒,真的不知道要隔多久的時間,先把一開始介紹酒的訊息貼上來,讓大家流流口水


先大約陳述這次選酒的基準:1.試飲期 2.預算控制內 3要有紅有白 4.還想喝到貴腐酒 很難見到這麼繽紛的選項,很像一次要把所有有興趣的都喝過,先說在前面,這一定會喝到茫的,到時候 要有床鋪及沙發在一旁待命^^

再來,原本安排的大小魔王,更是被直接拉進酒單中(剔除掉的,剛好是我為了壓低預算所找的入門酒,看來這次的酒鬼還挺有意思的),但到最後的預算,第六支的大魔王一家進來 預算還是超過了(如果不湊到3支紅酒,可能想喝紅酒的人又會抗議,好難伺候的一群傢伙 ^^! ),

1.德國凱樂達希瑪精選白酒(微甜) KELLER DALSHEIMER KABINETT 2003

"被「German Wine Guide」評為五串葡萄的德國WEINGUT KELLER凱樂酒莊,字面意思就是「Cellar 酒窖、地下室」,而被「2003 German Wine Guide」評為五串葡萄的德國酒廠,全部總共也不超過8家,但Keller這家酒廠卻是「萊茵黑森Rheinhessen」唯一的一家;Keller現在已經是 VDP組織會員,此點由1999年份的酒標上已經出現VDP老鷹圖案亦可得知。
Keller家族自1789年起經營這家酒廠,最近三代特別入迷於酒莊的經營,並投入精湛的工藝製作,加上Keller家族不斷地合作及彼此討論,因此邏輯上透過葡萄酒,Keller家族表達出自己的努力,這是至關重要的。Klaus Keller被「German Wine Guide」評為1998年年度釀酒師。Klaus Keller是不銹鋼發酵桶的擁護者,而且濃郁的果香就是這酒廠自古以來的特色,原因是限量生產,嚴格的葡萄園管理,及嚴峻的葡萄年份挑選,酒窖技術重要性在於仔細的挑選葡萄成熟度的過程,自然的沉澱,及緩慢控制的發酵過程, "

WS:90pts Medium yellow color. Aroma of white flowers and the faintest petrol note. Medium/full bodied, 9.5% abv. Rich flavors of honeysuckle, tangerine, honey. Powerful. It will probably settle down after a few years of cellaring. Medium finish. Good wine.

(這瓶我挺期待的,還記得之前喝的德國Dr. Loosen嗎?都是五串葡萄的成員,但那是Mosel地區,該地區有6家入選,但Rheinhessen萊因地區只有這一家Keller,且幾年來他最頂級的G-max,都是拍賣會上的最高價品,"Keller G-Max Riesling 2009 Double Magnum 以3,9980.40 歐元創Riesling最高價紀錄",這瓶是Keller的入門款,但先講,這瓶酒的外觀酒標有受損,否則價格一定破千,但WS給到90分,真的很值得一喝,如果大家對酒標有意見,我還有他的2004年分,酒標完美,但2004居然查不到任何評分,價錢卻和2003一樣(國際市場也差不多,也是那時看到有特價趕快買起來),這也是德國酒在國際市場的一些特異之處,待品酒會時會再陳述。但相信這瓶,可以讓之前喝過Dr.Loosen可以比較其中差異,及沒喝過德國白酒的人,能夠有很美好的開始。)

2.義大利亞維納希酒廠黛希紅酒 AVIGNONESI DESIDERIO 2000
"RP:92pts, WS:90pts, winemaker's notes:
Intense, ruby red in colour, its bouquet is delicate and persistent, with a slight scent of wild fruits. The taste is fullbodied, harmonious and round.
Serving suggestions: roast and grilled meat, game and mature cheeses.
""Big and ripe red, with loads of black licorice, tar and sultanas. Full-bodied, with big, velvety, chewy tannins. Long, ripe fruit aftertaste. A blockbuster. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best after 2005.""

(選這瓶,完全是為了”試飲期”+”評價又高”+”剛好認識的酒商在特價”,為了要等待適飲期,好的法國酒必須要20-40年的存放時間,而新世界的紅酒,因酒體結構,較容易成熟,把選這支酒時和雯雅討論的講法在陳述一次”該是適飲期的酒 就該開 喝到巔峰期的酒 才能知道好的酒是怎樣的表現程度”)

3.澳洲格蘭堡三位一體紅酒 Aus Red Grant Burge The Holy Trinity 2003
“ Wine Enthusiast- 89 Points Cedar and dried spice notes frame cherry and raspberry fruit, which turns crisp and shows some firm tannins on the finish. Drink now-2012. ”
Wine Advocate- " 91 Parker Points It presents an enticing nose of earth, garrigue, sage, lavender, black cherry, and black raspberry. Fleshy, ripe, and full-flavored, it is slightly narrow in the finish. Drink it over the next 10 years. ”Robert Parker 91pts: eRobertParker.com # 173. Oct 2007. Reviewer : Jay Miller. Grant Burge’s best known wine, The Holy Trinity, is an SGM blend. The 2003 The Holy Trinity is composed of 39% Grenache, 37% Shiraz, and 24% Mourvedre. It presents an enticing nose of earth, garrigue, sage, lavender, black cherry, and black raspberry. Fleshy, ripe, and full-flavored, it is slightly narrow in the finish. (我同時拿這支與法國Medoc的紅酒給朋友,他們一開就被這瓶果香吸引,直說法國那瓶沒味道了,就可知道這隻酒體厚重、香氣特殊,但又挺容易醉的(上次只喝這隻,能讓三個大男人臉紅歐),所以最適合做能讓酒鬼Ending的利器)


4.義大利金黃陽光甜酒 Soliva Goldtraminer 2006

"Goldtraminer是該區最有名的葡萄品種之一。在當地的傳說中,此酒是調情之物,可能來自於其強烈、雅緻且充滿異國情調的風味與馥郁滑順的口感交織出的感官享受。深粉紅色的葡萄依據葡萄成熟的程度賦予了此酒從淺到深的金黃色調並帶有一絲紅銅色澤。色澤:麥黃色帶著琥珀色調。
風味:極度的高雅精緻,令人聯想到西洋梨、蘋果、接骨木花以及杏仁。
口感:香甜但沒有侵略性,良好的濃度與鮮明的酸度交織成完美平衡,燒熟的西洋梨和蘋果與杏仁、果醬、焦糖以及花香味在口中玩起了味覺的遊戲,跳出激起最高感官享受的舞蹈。非常令人滿足的結尾。
美食搭配:搭配輕淡的甜食,水果和起司。例如:雞蛋糕、蜂蜜蛋糕以及茶粿都很適合。"

(看過這瓶酒 金黃顏色的人,都會超想開來喝看看,且這葡萄酒種在台灣很少見到,喝過貴腐酒的人,也一定會喜歡這支,但這支只有500ml,選這有幾個原因1這種甜度和品質的酒 如果是法國貴腐酒 也要2300以上的價格 2大家喝完一定會意猶未盡,一定會想開下面的大魔王 所以~~)


5.大魔王
法國琪后酒堡 Chateau Guiraud 2004
"winemaker's notes:
Wine is beautiful, vibrant of a deep gold developing fresh flowers aromas, pear, crystallized lime, vanilla, impeccably roasted with a very beautiful balance

""Spicy, with dried apricot and lemon character. Full, yet tight and long. Medium sweet, with a spicy finish. An impressive racy style. Best after 2009.""
92 Points  Wine Spectator

Expressive, deep, concentrated, honeyed nose. Big Guiraud style, freshly structured, although there is a little volatility coming through and plenty of brutal fruit. Ripe, certainly touched by botrytis, creamy, with very good cutting acidity which the wine needs. This has a rich and structured, masculine style. It may come really good with time."

(說實在,我這瓶酒也沒預期他剛好在試飲期,原本還打算放個10年再來喝,但剛好在試飲期,很像這次不開有點可惜齁~~  且WS給到92分,真的很期待這瓶的表現,
雖然已經呈金黃色的,還是會期待每一瓶貴腐酒都能放到琥珀色才喝,但各位,我們這次品酒會  不就是以試飲期的做主題,而且也很想再喝到貴腐菌的香氣,所以就開吧)
