Good health is very important for us, so I never sacrifice it for enjoying scrumptious foods. Some foods are greatly tasty, but they might be detrimental to our health. Therefore, after I have eaten something making me feel delighted, I would try to judge whether it is bad for health. I think the best way is to see whether my excrement coming out the next day is in normal shape and color. If not, I would try to avoid this kind of food, however luscious it may be. In scorching summer, I never have iced drinks because I know it is not good for our health. When we feel thirsty, warm water is enough to make us feel very comfortable. Although coffee and tea are really tasty, I never drink them because I clearly beware they are harmful to our stomachs. Living without coffee and tea would not make life very boring because in the world there are none the less myriads of interesting things for us to enjoy. We should do our best to live in a healthy way. Once our bodies have a problem, not only would it make us feel tormented but we might become a burden of our family. If this problem lasts for a long time, we would undoubtedly become a heavy burden of our family and we would feel extremely regretted. If you do not want this kind of situation to fall upon you and your family, remember to sacrifice some unnecessary pleasures for health.
