I remember I saw cacti was at the shore of Cijin sea recently .

I walk along the beach to its end then I saw a bunch of cactus over there .

I was surprised . For a long time I didn t see it .

Last time when I traveled to PengHu I saw many many more nopal everywhere .

Even have drunk a cacti drink at a restaurant .

Now I know it contains many kind of nutrient .

Such as beta carotene , iron , b vitamins and vitamin C E A .

Calcium included and lowering blood sugar of type 2 diabetes .

It s also used effectively as a treatment for obesity & high cholesterol .
