篇名: 2011-8-14畢業快樂喝酒

為了慶祝幾位學弟順利畢業+有前途似錦的未來,原本他們是要聚餐,但我提議說可以喝酒,就有人開始蠢蠢欲動,想說再來一次喝酒會吧

選酒方向:紅白酒都要 + 一定要喝開心 + 一定要喝到爽 + 一定要喝到東西
(迷迷之音~~ 「學長,會開90分的嗎?」 不會,因開了不是我哭,就是大家破產,上次會開,是因為有位有力金主支援,況且我手上剩下90分以上的酒都不是適飲期,開了大家也會挺失望的,但還是盡量選到分數高且價錢低的,不會拿爛的出來啦(很多都是在出清價時收進來的,一般要買也沒法拿到這價錢,很多都是僅此一瓶))


1.法國利幕安特克酒莊特及氣泡甘白酒 Antech Expression Brut Cremant de Limoux 2008
使用70% Chardonnay、20% Chenin Blanc、10% Mauzac釀造。入手價369。一點麵包香與多礦石味,帶有綠色植物感覺,酸明顯而柔,雖然是Brut不過還是有微微甜感,酒體中瘦尾韻以礦石香氣為主,讓我聯想到石頭感多又細瘦的Prosecco氣泡酒,有酒齡的比較會愛,但不是一般台灣人的菜。



2.德國路森博士 Dr. Loosen Riesling QBA 2010

The 2010 Dr. L Riesling evokes a walk through an orchard in the late summer: luscious pear, peach and apple aromas retain the crisp sweet tart quality of ripening fruit just before harvest. On the palate, the medium-bodied wine is refreshing and juicy, with zippy acidity balancing bright flavors of pear, apricot, mango and lime. The lush attack is followed by a long finish that is simultaneously sweet and tart, dry and mouth-watering.

With its bright fruit, cleansing acidity and low alcohol (just 8.5%), the Dr. L 2010 Riesling is the ideal welcome wine for every gathering, and a great go-to glass for just about every course in a meal. A perfect pour for brunch, its flavors complement everything from rich eggs and hollandaise to sweet waffles and salty ham. It’s also excellent with Asian noodle dishes and salad rolls, especially if there is a touch of heat involved. For dessert, Dr. L loves a pear or apple crisp.

(這支我從2007年份的一路喝到現在,支支精彩,且喝過的人都會迷上這種酸甜度均衡,做為開胃酒,絕對是最好的選擇。這支是這家德國最高級五串葡萄酒廠的基本款,絕對是好的入門選擇)


3. 澳洲陸文卡伯芮梅洛紅酒 Leeuwin Estate Cabernet-Merlot Prelude 2001

"""Medium ruby. Spicy cassis, liquorice candy, espresso and cocoa powder aromas are lifted by a hint of mint. Firmly structured and medium-bodied, with flavors of redcurrant, red plum and bitter chocolate that linger on the chewy, lightly tannic finish. 87 points.""Stephen Tanzer, www.wineaccess.com, July 2005

(這支是讓大家嘗試Cabernet及Merlot兩種酒的混合,有兩種葡萄酒種的特色,香氣及口感都會更有複雜度,且柔順的口感,適合做從白酒轉紅酒的口感轉換 )

4.西班牙夏皮隆‧精選和諧樂章 Chapillon Cuvee Harmonie Petit verdot Tannat 2006
"The 2006 Cuvee Harmonie proved to be one of the premier sleepers of my Spanish tastings, coming from an unheralded importer and an obscure region. It is a unique blend of 90% Petit Verdot and 10% Tannat aged in French oak for 10 months. Purple/black in color, it offers up a superb aromatic array of wood smoke, leather, underbrush, violets, black raspberry, and blackberry liqueur. Powerful on the palate, this layered effort is dense, full-bodied, rich, and succulent. It hides enough ripe tannin to evolve for 2-3 years and the lengthy, fruit-filled finish suggests that it will be at its best from 2011 to 2020. It is a testament to the merits of ripe Petit Verdot grown in the right terroir.

(這支酒平順且有淡雅的香氣,且葡萄酒種又是西班牙特有,能品嘗到不同的酒種,而且這支還是有釀酒師簽名的酒款,很像值得收藏,但更適合大家一起開來喝吧^^!)

5.南非倪德堡精選晚收 Nederburg Special Late Harvest
tasting notes
A luscious blend of fully-ripened Chenin Blanc, GewA¼rztraminer and Weisser Riesling, it is a finessed balance between mouth-filling sweetness, tempered by lively acidity and offers an array of lingering flavours from rose petals to lemon and peach. It is made reductively to ensure a freshness and immediacy of flavour and ends in a crisp finish. Savour its honeyed late summer flavours as an aperitif or with mild spicy dishes, dried fruit and baked puddings.

(這支香甜順口,香:尤其是混合了GewA¼rztraminer的品種,特殊的花香味,會讓人鼻子一直貼近聞,且有Riesling的清爽口感,特別的是晚收的方式,讓整個甜度更容易享受)



6.法國甜白 Grand Classique Du Chateau De L'orangerie Loupiac 2006

(這瓶的照片居然沒照到,反而是照了學弟加的加州酒,但這瓶加州酒已經開了2星期,真的很難入口)
