今天週六有去游泳,三點半去,人那邊的人還是很多。
在大游泳池游泳的男女都很瘦又健美,我就隨性再游泳池游了兩個小時,
然後在蒸氣浴和按摩池休息一下,然後在去洗澡,
穿完衣服吹乾頭髮已經到晚上六點半,
走出來看看鏡子,看到自己氣色很好,而且又有女人該有的曲線耶,真棒!
明天再去兩小時,不多不少,有運動就好!

Just back from swimming,I feel particularly comfortable! Encountered a great swmming brother again,it s really great!
I always follow his flow to swim.It took two hrs to swim; after then hot steam bath and then go to a break, and then go SPA massage spa pool!
Today, it took three hrs,and 6:10pm I went to take a shower, probably 6:40pm back home.
There are training exercise habits,it s really good entertainment, but it is not easy to continue for longer.

Just as exercise makes the bones, muscles, heart, and lungs stronger.
I will come back here for swimming tomorrow again,see you soon!
