There s no quick or magical way to lose weight
You just have to do it the natural way - diet and exercise and stick to it 
If i like myself at this weight, then this is what i m going to be
Adopting a new healthier lifestyle can involve changing diet to include more fresh
fruit and vegetables as well as increasing levels of exercise
If you never ate a balanced diet, what would happen to your body?  
Eventually you d grow weak; you might even open yourself to serious illness or disease
On a daily basis, i have my aerobic work out, such as Brisk Walking for 6~8 km, and I do
believe that brisk walking is a highly beneficial form of exercise

Try to think of working out and healthy eating as a lifestyle
