Are you wasting your life??

Do you ever put your homework or chores??
Do you think that you can just do it tomorrow??
If so, you might be a procrastinator.
Scientists say that 95% of people admit to putting off tasks.

Why do so many people procratinate??
The reasons are quite simple: people lack confidence, are impulsive, or just have poor time management skills.
When pelple lack confidence in their abilities, they believe the task is too difficult.
The truth of the matter is they feat failling.
They choose to stay in their comfort zone and ignore or delay any challenging task.

Impulsive people procrastinate because they lack willpower and don t focus on the future.
They live for the moment and cannot fight distractions like TV, the Internet, and friends.
When facing the choice between a chore and a chance for entertainment, they choose fun.

Many people are bad at time management, and for impulsive people, the problem is much worse.
Scheduling time seems boring and pointless when they could be having fun.
People often underestimate how long a task will, so they end up trying to finish their work at the last minute.

Once you admit you have a habit of putting things off, you need to take steps to break it.
Follow the tips below to fight your procrastination habit.

1. Make a table of your time and divide the time between your task.
The improtant tasks should come frist.
If you thind a task will take one hour, schedule ninety minutes to be safe.

2. Break up each task into smaller pieces to make it easier. When you eat a pizza, do you swallow it whole??
No!! You should only bite off what you can chew.
When you are organized, you will feel your confidence increase and your stress decrease.

3. Get rid of distractions so you can concentrate.
Turn off your cell phone, the TV, and the Internet.
Craeate a private worlspace to stop all interruptions and knuckle down.

4. If a task is boring or unpleasant, increase your motivation by rewarding yourself after you finish it.
If you hate math homework, finish it anyway. Then, treat yourself to some ice cream or ten minutes of playing your favorite game.

Use these tips to get yourself organized and concentrating on your work.
Your worries will soon be eased, and your life will be more productive.

一但你有了拖拖拉拉的習慣,你可以用下面幾個步驟來改善:

1. 評估你可以做事情的時間和應該做的事情有哪些,重要的事情必須先完成
如果你覺得完成一個任務需要一個小時,那就給自己一個半小時的時間.

2. 把該做的事情細節化&簡單化;你會一口氣吃下整塊披薩嗎 ??
不 !! 你會把他們切成小片吧 !!
當你在規劃這些細節,你的信心將會增加,壓力將會減少.

3. 去除所有會令你分心的事情,關掉你的手機,電視和網路.
給自己一個好的作業環境.

4. 面對無聊或是不擅長的事情,在完成之後給自己一點獎勵.
如果你面對著惱人的數學課題,設法完成它,並給自己一客冰淇淋或是去打一場魔獸犒賞自己.

用以上的四個方法來規劃並完成你的任務
你的煩惱就會消失殆盡,你的生命也會更也效率.
