Next month, I am going to transfer to the Department of Health from the Department of Public Works. My work would fall on my colleagues who are in the same subdivision with mine. They would take turns to do the work originally belongs to me. To make them be able to know how to do this work, I plan to put down relevant procedures, making them be presented in words. Unfortunately, I had quite a heavy workload recently. My job is used to be an easy job, but it was not as easy as it was used to be on these days. Therefore, I really did not have the time to do I planned to do. I am not sure whether this kind of situation would last for a long time, so today I went to my office to do what I planned to do. Although my job is an easy job, it none the less has a lot of trivia which could not be neglected. I spent approximately five hours on these trivial procedures, but I still could not finish what I planned to do. As a result, this week I have to try to fix some time to do it. There is no denying that after this month, the work originally belonged to me would be none of my business, but I would tough it out to make those who take on my original work be able to do it with ease whatever kind of hardship I might face.
