如果同樣貼在會議室門口，表示裡面有人在使用，就寫 meeting room engaged/in use
表達在開會，可說 at the meeting 或 in the meeting
( in the meeting 有 in the middle of the meeting的意味
at the meeting 則有 在會議現場 的意味)
所以，如果因開會漏接電話，可回電告訴對方: Sorry I missed your call. I was in a meeting.
