It has been announced from GM directly. I thought that is good news for me and a bad side as well. New boss to me is that he is willing to support people developmemt issue. on the ther hand, I m not sure about whether he knows about the issue from other team member or not . That will directly impact to my works. Should I give some hint to my new boss.
