Voda pav originates from Mumbai, India, and it looks like a hamburger. Nevertheless, it is quite different from a hamburger, for it is one kind of vegetarian fast food without meat which most hamburgers have. It is made of a fried potato put in a bread bun cut open in the middle. To be tasted with more flavor, it would be accompanied with a green pepper and chutney. Chutney is one kind of Indian sauce made from vegetables and fruits, and it tastes sweet and sour. Voda pav is now popular in India and could be bought everywhere.
