I caught a cold yesterday because of my neglinece. I stayed in front of the pharmacy for a while without wearing my jacket. After that I felt dizziness and kept sneezing. So I knew I got a cold. Fortunately I took the last two caplets of Tylenol Cold when I got home, and I kept drinking hot tea and water until dinner. Last night was the night I slept most early recently. I actually slept at 9.30pm right after the dinner because I couldn t stand any more.
I had almost twelve hours of sleeping, and today I felt much better. No sneezing, no stuffy nose, no runny nose, and no dizziness, but a little bit sleepy. Hahaha... Since I was out of Tylenol Cold, I took one caplet of Loratidine D24 befcre I went to work. Tonight I felt much much better, and I felt like the cold was gone.
So I spent my time on movie again! I saw Good Luck Chuck with Jessica Alba and Dane Cook. I think I become a fan of Jessica Alba. She looks pretty, sexy, cute and charming to me. The story line is very simple. It talks about a fairy-tale-like love story between Jessica Alba and Dane Cook. But sometimes simple story makes deep impact to me. So I recommend this movie to you.
All right! It s time for me to sleep early for better health. I know the cold is still there. Hahaha...
