I saw cactus 10 days ago on the beach of JounShan University .

That beautiful beach is lying beside the "marine & resource system" of that national university .

Several cactus plants grow on the rock of coral reefs .

They appear strange looking, prompting me to photograph them .

They are health both benefits and foods .

Chinese used it to treat inflammation pain and dnake bites .

It contains vitamins C, E, A, calcium and more .

As a treatment for obesity and high cholesterol .

The prickly pear fruit is an avocado-shaped fruit that ranges in color from yellow to red .

Once upon a time i drank cacti red juice at PengHu .
