My second son enjoy drinking a cup of "Swiss Miss" hot milk chocolate .

He just add hot milk or water then it became a kind of good taste hot cocoa mix .

I always go to "Dollars" shopping mall to buy it .

Sometimes chocolate reigns supreme as the most popular treat in our life .

It was a ritualistic beverage of the ancient Maya and Aztec nobility long before it reached Europe .

They used chocolate to treat diarrhea and to stave off fatigue .

It found favor with royalty and the well-off in the courts of spain and soon spread to other European nations .

Dark chocolate is very good to reduce the risk of heart disease, relief of blood pressure,

mood enhancement, and improvements to blood circulation .

Be careful it can cause heartburn and obesity if over-consumed .
