To stop being emotional, try to give yourself breaks throughout the day to take
a walk or read something that makes you happy to clear your head  
You can also ask yourself rational questions, like, "Why am I feeling this way?"
and "Am I stressed about something else that s making me emotional?" 
If you still find yourself overwhelmed, walk away from the situation if you can
and come back with a fresh perspective
