Despite the pandemic of COVID-19, not all people are victims, and there are none the less some people being benefited from it. For example, I find the business of an eatery selling hot pots starts to be booming after the pandemic breaks out. Before, when I went there to eat lunch, I usually was the only customer during that time. Nevertheless, after the pandemic breaks out, I have to go there earlier than before. If not, I have to wait for a lot of time because there have been a lot of customers!
Why would this change happen? I guess there are some eateries temporarily stopping their operation, so their original customers turn to other eateries to satisfy their fundamental needs. I am curious about the fact if they restart their operation, would all of their original customers come back? Or would they lose some of their original customers because some customers find other eateries are better?
