As an old saying goes, "Perfection is like the horizon - only idiots chase it"
The desire to excel is usually a good thing, but there s a difference between
trying your best and demanding perfection of yourself
Perfectionism can rob you of your peace of mind, enjoyment of life, and self-esteem
Never compare yourself to others. We all have our own pace, set of experiences, and
different outcomes
For myself, I often struggle with my perfectionism; I beat myself up for things that I
did wrongly or are not up to my satisfaction
Am I a perfectionist? Yes, I am a perfectionist and I hate being a perfectionist, because
when something isn t perfect to me or I believe somebody is going to do better than I do
on something, I get nervous or I even go as far as having an uneasiness
Guess i have to stop being so serious and must take it easy from now on
