Many young people are enjoying cosplay , a word that combines "costume" and "play" .

It has become a global art form and a cultural phenomenon .

Last month, I saw a girl put on a costume .

A boy was busy for taking photos for her at a pavilion in Chengcing lake .

I thought it s interesting then had a photo. taken with her .

People take part in cosplay for several reasons .

Firstly, they want to show how much they like the characters they re dressing up as .

Secondly, they get to exercise their creativity, as cosplayers usually create their own costumes rather than purchase them from shops .

If you are a fan of a fictional character and enjoy dressing up,

maybe cosplay is right up your alley .
