Deliberate practice makes perfect .

You can become excellent at sth. if you are willing to put in the time,

though you probably won t find the hard work required exceptionally fun .

It demands maximum effort and focus .

You must find the area where you may fail, and then turn your weaknesses into strengths .

All the training is mentally and physically draining .

Science supports the idea that you,

not your inborn ability, will determine your future success .

No one is born a genius, but deliberate practice helps you reach perfection .
