When the weather starts to become cold, leaves of some plants would change their color into the yellow, red, or brown. Leaves of one plant also change their color, but in different timing and to different color. This is the plant at the riverside in Taipei Botanical Garden, which is called 三白草 At blooming season not at cold one, color of its leaves would turn into white partially but not wholly. It is just like a cup of milk being poured on its leaves. Its flowers are not beautiful enough, but its leaves are really unique, making it get the attention of passersby.
